If ShadowTag Pro isn't the right fit, we're happy to refund your purchase. Request a refund within 30 days of your order, for any reason, and we'll return the full amount — no justification required.
ShadowTag Pro is sold as a one-time, perpetual license. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the original order date. You do not need to provide a reason, however it would be helpful if you did.
We recommend trying the free portion of ShadowTag before purchasing Pro — it offers the full library, playback, and analysis experience so you can evaluate the App at no cost. The refund window exists to cover the case where Pro specifically does not meet your needs.
Purchases are processed by FastSpring as the merchant of record, so refunds are issued through them. You can request a refund in either of two ways:
Once a refund is approved, the funds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout. The time for the refund to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer — typically between 5 and 10 business days.
Once your order is refunded, the license associated with that purchase is no longer authorized, and you agree to stop using Pro features of ShadowTag. The free portion of the App remains fully available.

If you have a billing concern, please contact FastSpring or Spongefork support before initiating a chargeback through your bank or card issuer. We can almost always resolve issues directly and more quickly than the chargeback process.
